Usage

All props are uniquely identified by:

1. Name
2. Picture
3. Unique ID number (This can be marked with a pen somewhere on each item)

Each prop is associated with a specific location, by three tiers:

1. Room (attic / backstage)
2. Area (specific set of shelves or part of the room)
3. Spot (specific shelf, exactly where to look)

Each prop can be located directly at a location, or within a bin. Each bin is associated with the same type of location.

Each prop can be signed out to a specific show (or set of shows). Once the show is over, the prop can be checked back in and marked available.
